What to tell me when you call
Please tell me four things. First, where you are, so I can work out the travel tier. Second, what the document is, so I know which notarial act it requires. Third, how many people are signing. Fourth, when you need it: tonight, tomorrow morning, or a date next week.
Please have unexpired photo identification ready for every signer, along with the complete document and any pages the receiving office requested. Every signer named on the document must be present at the appointment. If your document requires witnesses, please arrange for them to attend. Hospital and facility staff are not always able to serve as witnesses.
I notarize the documents you provide. You bring the paperwork, and I handle the notarial act, the identification and the certificate.
