Privacy Policy

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits. It records which pages are viewed, your device and browser type, and your approximate location, such as your city. It does this with a random visitor number stored in a cookie. It does not record your name.

Nothing you type into my contact form is sent to this website. The form opens the texting app on your own phone with your message filled in. You choose whether to send it. This website does not receive or store what you type.

When you call, text or email me, that goes straight to my phone or email, not through this website.

Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code. They can last up to 2 years.

My web host, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie to block abuse.

Google receives the visit information described above. Google uses your internet address to estimate your city. Google says Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.

I have not turned on Google's advertising features. This website does not send your name, phone number, address or message to Google. When you tap my phone number, email address or text form, Google is told only that a call, email or text was started.

Google Analytics keeps detailed visit records for up to 14 months. Summary reports, such as monthly visitor counts, can be kept longer.

Google, for the visit counts described above.

Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your internet address and basic request details to deliver pages and block abuse. It also receives technical error reports when a page fails to load.

I do not sell your information. I do not give it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also install Google's free opt-out add-on, which stops Google Analytics on every website. If you prefer, call or text me at (854) 295-6868 instead of using this website.

This website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. It does not track you across other websites. Google Analytics, described above, is the only visitor measurement on this website.

This website holds no information with your name on it, so there is nothing here to review. If you sent me a text, email or voicemail and want it changed or deleted, contact me.

This page covers my website only. Records of a notarization, such as a notary journal, follow South Carolina notary law. I may have to show or hand over those records when the law requires it.

If this page changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
